In addition to the fact that silica fume allows you to optimize cement consumption, it also allows you to significantly increase the tightness of concrete. This is not always possible with other techniques, and even when it is possible, it is difficult to perform. Other methods do not turn out to be as effective as the use of microsilica. It also leads to an increase in compressive strength and a reduction in water absorption, which is very important.
The wide use of silica dust contributes to its increasing popularity. It is mainly used in the production of mortars and castings. Moreover, it is suitable for creating insulating materials. Undesified material with bulk density of 380-460 kg/m3 after the classification process, with reproducible particle size distribution and guaranteed fraction below 40 microns in the classification process.
Supplied in a range of packing:
-in paper bags of 25 kg,
-in big-bags with capacity of 1,1 m3, 1,45 m3 or 1.75 m3,
-supplied in bulk in road tanker
Undesified material with bulk density of 460-520 kg/m3 after the classification process, with reproducible particle size distribution and guaranteed fraction below 60 microns in the classification process.
