MSiLICA TECH
Microsilica supplier
MSILICA TECH company operates as a supplier of microsilica. We specialise in both the production and sale of silica fume. Furthermore, we provide technical advice on the application of this product. The microsilica we offer, due to its low carbon content, has a wide range of applications not only in the ready-mix concrete industry, but also in the production of dry mortars, paints and wherever the light colour of the product is important.
Mode of action
On the basis of the agreement with a ferroalloy manufacturer, the company produces microsilica in quantities guaranteeing supplies on a continuous basis to many customers in the concrete industry, producers of refractory materials, manufacturers of dry mortars and others. The quality of microsilica on offer and our flexibility in dealing with customers enabled us to establish partnerships with leading manufacturers in industries using silica fume in their production.
What is silica fume used for?
As a manufacturer of silica fume, we know almost everything about it. As a result, we provide advice and support in the entire purchasing process. We can answer all your questions and help you choose the ideal product, fully adapted to your individual needs. After all, there are different types of microsilica available, so it is good to match it as closely as possible to characteristics of the industry in which it is to be used.
Silica fume works well as an additive for concrete. As well as optimising the use of cement, silica fume can significantly increase concrete tightness. This is not always possible with other techniques, and even if it is successful, it is difficult to implement. Indeed, the other methods do not prove as effective as the use of microsilica. It also increases compression strength. What is more, silica fume reduces water absorption, which is very important.
The widespread use of silica dust is making it increasingly popular. It is mainly useful in the production of mortars and castings. In addition to this, it is suitable for creating insulation materials. It is also very often used in manufacture of ceramic and refractory goods. These are only some exapmples where silica fume can be used as it is suitable for many industrial applications.
Sale
In our shop we sell silica fume. This is an alternate name for cupro-silica, a product created as a by-product during the manufacture of metallic silicon and ferrosilicon alloys in arc furnaces. It is mainly used to improve the properties of concrete and mortar formulations. The silicon particles are designed to fill the pore spaces and thus increase the strength. What also contributes to this is the secondary pozzolanic reaction.
The use of silica fume also significantly increases anticorrosion protection of the reinforcement, as well as its resistance to water. The product can be used for
refractories, granulated fertilisers and in the manufacture of artificial products and adhesives. In our shop you will find silica fume at relatively low prices. We supply it in densified form. Customers who have so far decided to purchase microsilica are satisfied with its properties. We are convinced that you will also be satisfied with the purchase of this product!

Ways to use
Silica dust
Concrete and special concretes
The microsilica that we produce and distribute has a wide range of applications in industry. Primarily it is used for the production of concrete. It is treated as an additive during the production of bridge concrete and shotcrete production. Moreover, it is used during plaster repairs, which is very important. Silica dust is also great for the production of white concrete accessories and polymers. It can also be used to create thinners and preparations for washing and cleaning concrete. Microsilica is also used in the production of cements and special concretes.
Refractory products
Silica dust is also used in the production of refractory products. It proves invaluable in the production of unshaped aluminosilicate refractory materials, as well as in the creation of bricks, tiles, sanitary ware and clay pipes that are used in high-temperature processes. Microsilica is also a great addition to SiC when producing furnace linings. In addition, it is suitable for the production of special ceramics that are fire-resistant. It can also be used as an addition to the recipe of monolithic refractory materials.
Agriculture, forestry, fishing
Interestingly, microsilica is also used in areas such as agriculture, forestry and fishing. It is a great factor preventing the caking of artificial fertilizers. In addition, it is treated as an artificial silica fertilizer, perfect for various areas of agriculture. Silica dust also has properties that allow it to be widely used in the production of rubber products. It is suitable for creating washers, washer materials, gaskets and all coated rubber articles, as well as inks. Plastic products can also be produced with the help of silica fume, including mixing and conversion.
Floor fillers, paints
These are not the only possibilities of using microsilica. There are many more. The product also works perfectly in the production of products used for digging shafts. It is also important in the production of glass. It is often used as an addition to floor putties or to create various paints. Provides excellent protection against substrate abrasion. Moreover, it guarantees stabilization both in mines and quarries, where it is used for safety reasons. It enables efficient and convenient production of inorganic pigments. It is also widely used in the cosmetics and chemical industries, where it facilitates the production of process materials.
Our product
So many possibilities of using microsilica make it very popular. This is a product desired by many customers, which of course makes us happy. We encourage you to learn about all types of silica dust and how to use it. We are convinced that everyone will find something suitable for themselves.
